We have engineers with expertise in a wide range of fields, including electricity, civil engineering, and construction, and are able to provide a comprehensive range of engineering services from basic planning to detailed design for solar power generation and storage batteries. Through close cooperation and personnel exchange with the development and O&M departments of Shizen Energy Group, we form a team with extensive knowledge of the entire project life cycle.

Our company mainly works on high-voltage power plants with a capacity of over 10 MW, and we have significant experience in designing solar power plants in Japan, which has complex and hilly terrain.

We optimize the procurement costs of major equipment and materials for solar power generation and storage batteries by leveraging our extensive sourcing capabilities, from overseas suppliers to domestic suppliers, and the global industry knowledge we have cultivated over the years. We also perform detailed tasks such as coordinating logistics to accommodate the daily construction process. As a member of the project team, we coordinate with other teams to successfully complete the project.

In order to utilize our expertise in power plant construction, the Construction Department coordinates with other departments within the company and with Group companies.

As part of our day-to-day construction management, we anticipate potential safety hazards and provide safety guidance to subcontractors before construction begins. In terms of quality, in addition to the required quality control, we are leveraging the strengths of our group, which is involved in development, construction and O&M, and managing things such as the selection of construction methods that take into account the life cycle of the power plant and maintenance after completion, based on feedback from group companies on past projects. In process management, we coordinate work, manage progress, and coordinate each contractor’s processes on a daily basis to ensure that each contractor can work easily.

All parties work together to manage the construction to a successful completion of the project.
